After 15 years of interviewing some of his guitar heroes, journalist Jason Verlinde sets out to interview some of the other creatives he admires: craftspeople, artisans and business owners who do things their own way.
Jason Verlinde is based in the foothills of Washington State’s Cascade Mountains (nowhere near this photo). He’s the publisher / founder of the Fretboard Journal magazine and hosts way too many podcasts. To date, he’s built a pair of downhill skis, a Partscaster (with help) and several forgettable Ikea bookshelves. A seized Honda Scrambler (price: free!) sits in his garage.
